With the growing popularity of tile and grout flooring, consumers are seeing the need for professional tile and grout
cleaning.
When mopping is no longer getting your hard surface areas clean, our affordable cleaning process will
restore your floor's original clean look.
How Do we clean your tile?
1.
An inspection is performed of the grout, stone or tile floor for any damage and areas of concern
2. To prepare
the work area, we move furniture and request the client to remove any breakables.
3. We vacuum all areas
for loose dirt, dust and soil
4. A pre-conditioner is applied and time is allowed for the pre-conditioner
to break down oils and stains.
5. We use an automatic scrubber with a high-powered brush and front and rear
squeegee, which leaves floors clean and dry
6. Once the floor is dry, we replace furniture in its original
position. If you opt for sealant, which takes a little longer to dry, the furniture will need to be replaced at a later
time.
7. Sealer helps to prevent future stains and makes cleaning easier. If you choose to seal your
clean tile floor (recommended), we apply a sealer first around the edges and then spray evenly throughout the area that was
cleaned.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can
you get my grout white again?
Our system will remove all oils, grease, grime and soil from your tile and
grout. After the soils are removed, your grout may have some imperfections that cannot be taken out with cleaning,
especially if the grout is more than ten years old. But don't worry. As long as the tile is in good shape--even
if your grout is in bad shape--we can dye the grout and/or re-grout. The cost to re-color or re-grout is a fraction of
the cost of buying new tile.
How can my grout be re-colored?
First,
we thoroughly clean your grout to remove all soils. Next, we apply one of 40 different colors of dye to the grout.
We use the best dye available to change grout color. It is more than a water-based thin dye or paint. Our dye
is an imprgnator that penetrates at leas 1/4" into the grout and will neither chip like paint nor fade for many years
to come. The manufacturere tells us the grout will last forever. However, we know that grout will eventually wear
way and so will the color. We give a solid 2-year WARRANTY with our grout re-coloring process. If it fades,
chips or is removed, we'll fix it for you FREE.
How do
I know if I need tile and grout cleaning?
If your grout is looking darker and dirtier
in high traffic areas than it does in areas on which you never walk, you need professional cleaning.
What type of soils clean up well from tile and grout?
If you have pets in your
home, your grout gets very dirty from the oils in their fur, which cleans up very well. Urine stains in grout may
lighten tremendously or be completely removed. Be sure to clean up accidents as soon as possible as it can dissove
the grout. Other food grease and oils normally clean up quite well, too. Rust can be occasionally removed.
What are the advantages of sealing my grout?
If your grout wasn't
sealed when it was new, it is a very good idea for you to have us seal it after cleaning. Beware the cheap sealers sold
in hardware stores. These water-based sealers DO NOT protect your grout very well. You must never seal
grout without thoroughly cleaning it first. Doing this will seal in any dirt that is in the grout.
