Our staff is trustworthy, professional, and experienced.
Owner-operator Kathi Harrington knows her staff well because their average tenure with the company is 3.25 years.  Kathi works closely with her house cleaning teams of 2 or 3 people to ensure customers are satisfied. 
Every staff member has been trained by Kathi Harrington. All of our work is quality-controlled by our full-time team leaders.  The same people come to your home consistently unless you tell us you want a change.

Kathi Harrington, Owner
In 1994, Kathi started Sweeping Beauty Housecleaning.  Hardworking and reliable, she derives great satisfaction from cleaning.  She resides in Warrington, PA with her husband Ed and their two dogs, Basil and Bramble
Denise Hespell, Team Leader
Since 1999, Denise has been a  dynamic member of the Sweeping Beauty team.  She currently resides in Doylestown , PA with her cat Smokey.
Toni Ionescu, Team Leader
In her fourth year with Sweeping Beauty, Toni's energy and enthusiasm are unrivaled.  She resides in Furlong, PA with her cat Sasha.
